The Prepared Lifestyle of South Jersey is a Certified NJ Women-Owned Small Business and Small Business Enterprise. We offer training in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR/AED, and First Aid to help individuals and organizations acquire life-saving and practical skills to handle various medical and non-medical emergencies. We personalize the details of our courses to meet your specific needs to be prepared for life!
Our Health and Wellness Coaching empowers individuals on their health journeys through support, guidance, encouragement, and a plan to achieve their goals. We strive to prepare individuals for various aspects of life!
Located in Cumberland County, New Jersey, we provide service in the surrounding areas and within an hour’s travel time. We are willing to travel for groups of 6 or more. Health coaching is available in person or virtually. Contact us directly to schedule a group or if you need our services outside our 1-hour radius.
Meet The Owner
Toni is the proud owner of The Prepared Lifestyle of South Jersey, recognized by The State of New Jersey as a Women-Owned Small Business and Small Business Enterprise. She has owned and operated The Prepared Lifestyle since February 2021. This business was formed due to a passion for helping people, a love of the medical field and teaching, her personal stories, and the inspiration and encouragement of a great friend.
